All our terms and conditions are strictly elaborated for the protection and safety of our clients, in addition to the well-being of our clinic. Read carefully before accepting or making any purchase.

– Orders cannot be canceled after being shipped.
– All purchases are subject to the return and refund policy
– The purchase must be made by the cardholder or PayPal account
– Data not matching those found on your card or PayPal account will not be accepted.
– Purchases can be processed as long as payment is made with a debit or credit card, or
through a PayPal account.
– No order will be available to be collected in our clinic since the shipment will be made
directly to the person.
– In case of delay caused by post offices or natural disasters that may occur, Xiluet
